More About Me

Preferred Real Estate Resource

With over 20 years of experience in representing buyers and sellers throughout the Metropolitan Portland area, I base my practice as a certified negotiator in confidential representation of clients from diverse backgrounds and also as a skilled property marketing specialist.

Connecting With The People

Currently living in Sellwood with my family (three boys), I enjoy all facets of the real estate profession. As a multi-million producer, my proven sales track record is a testament to how I work with buyers and sellers. My experience in representing the most challenging transactions is a proven asset to my clients. While it is an inspiration to get to know new clients, I am also delighted that numerous referrals and clients for life have developed from a quality service level that extends beyond the transaction itself.

Professional Network

I am also a professional mediator with Genesis Mediation. I understand the high cost of litigation from both a personal and professional stand point. Because of my own legal experiences, I have committed myself to a career in professional mediation. I hold certifications and have specialized training as a mediator in the areas of Divorce and Family, Business, and Non-Profits. I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with certifications in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I/360) and Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP).

My current community activities include acting as one of the founding board members of Portland Bridge Meadows, an intergenerational community that gives purpose to senior residents while also providing permanent family adoption of high-risk foster children. I was instrumental in helping galvanize financial support for the square-block development from the Windermere Foundation.

History in Portland & Oregon

As a native Portland resident, I attended Lake Oswego schools and graduated with a B.S. in Recreation and Park Management from the University of Oregon. While in school, I was active in the Delta Gamma sorority and continue to support its philanthropic efforts in the community.
